This two-day workshop introduces participants to negotiation techniques that they can immediately put to use in their daily work, such as identifying target points and reservation points, sequencing parties and issues, exploiting diverse sources of power, managing information strategically, and building deal-driving coalitions. The capstone exercise features an immersive negotiation simulation on the conflict in Ukraine and its geopolitical implications.
Package includes individual worksheets and workshop materials for up to 35 participants, three case exercises, applicable license fees, and 16 hours of program.
Instructors will conduct workshop at customer's desired site in Colorado Springs, CO.
Instructor travel, accommodation and credit card transaction fee is included in the package price.
